A book won't open
Flural opens PDFs and EPUBs without DRM protection. It cannot open DRM-protected books, including protected titles from Kindle, Google Play, or Kobo, and does not remove DRM.
If a book you opened before says it has moved, open it again from Files: Flural reads files where they are, so a moved or renamed file has to be chosen again.
Translation
Set each book’s translation engine and target language in Options → Translation. Translates on compatible devices with Apple Intelligence enabled and iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. Text stays on your device, and translation works offline.
If a paragraph reads badly, long-press it in Flow to compare with the print, or choose Retranslate with AI.
Voices
Downloaded voices work offline. To free space, remove a voice from the voice list in the player.
Subscriptions
To cancel or change a plan: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To use a plan on a new device, open the plans screen in Flural and tap Restore Purchases.
For refunds, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com — refunds are handled by Apple.
Your data
In Options → Translation → Flural Cloud, choose “Delete my Flural Cloud data”. This removes the device link and ends access to its Cloud account. Purchase and usage records are retained. Unused credits are lost, and your App Store subscription is not cancelled.
Requirements
Flural runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. Apple Intelligence translation requires a compatible device, iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, and Apple Intelligence enabled. Downloaded voices need free storage space.
